DELIVERY IN IRELAND
Moods offer Free Delivery on all orders over €150 within Ireland.
Any order which is under €150, a €7 charge will be added to your order to cover postage and packaging. We hope to process your order and have it delivered to you within 5 working days.
We use Fastway couriers, and you can track your shipment here: http://www.fastway.ie
If the delivery address refuse to accept the goods or you fail to respond to a notification of attempted delivery your order will be returned to us and you will be charged for the order to be re-sent to you.
Please ensure you provide a phone number so we can provide this to the courier so they get hold of you should they rehire directions or how to handle a delivery should you not be at home when they call.
On taking receipt of your order we ask that you inspect it for any damage in transit or shortages and record any such case clearly on the delivery docket. This must then be notified to Moods within 48 hours of receipt. No claims for damage in transit or shortages can be considered after this period.
If your goods do not arrive within five working days or as advised, please e-mail or telephone us and we will contact the carrier.
DELIVERY OUTSIDE IRELAND
We are happy to ship outside of Ireland.
We offer free shipping shipping within Europe for all orders over €400. Shipping within Europe is 20 euro for any package up 2kg and 30 euro for a package from 2-5kg.
Shipping for the rest of the world is charged at 30 euro up to 2kg, and 40 euro from 2-5kg.
We normally will ship by post and you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your shipment on www.anpost.ie.
Whilst every care is taken to ensure accuracy, prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. In the event that such changes occur we will advise you of this when confirming your order and offer you the option to withdraw your order or to select an alternative product. Prices quoted on confirmation of your order will be honoured regardless of subsequent price movement before despatch.
All goods sold by Moods remain the property of Moods until full payment has been received. Goods will only be despatched once full payment has cleared.
DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCTS
Each Product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description which sets out additional Specific Conditions related to that Product including, without limitation, terms and conditions concerning estimated delivery dates and times, warranties, after-sales service and guarantees.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of Products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information including Product Descriptions appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. We cannot confirm the price of a Product until your order is accepted in accordance with our Order acceptance policy.
